2) HRV system - ok, not my wish list but my hubby's.
3) Attic Insulation - again, not my wish list but my hubby's (thanks to eco-certifying our house!)
4) Finish C's room
5) Ensuite: insulate windows, paint walls, find a fantastic storage thingy of some kind, install mirrors
6) Basement: hardwood flooring, finish the walls, build the bar (this list is endless!)
In Canada, we have something called the Home Renovation Tax Credit: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/hrtc/, we're hoping to qualify for some money back...but the kicker is, you have to spend first :) I'll update with pictures as we check off items on our list
